This workshop will give you a framework and practical tools to assess the culture that is shaping your church and identify where shifts are needed to cultivate a culture that equips, empowers, and sends people to make disciples like Jesus did.

Join leaders and participants from Cape Cod’s regional churches for powerful worship, inspiring keynote teaching, and practical sessions focused on church and community impact. Dr. Crawford Loritts, President and Founder of Beyond Our Generation, joins us as the keynote speaker.

Sarah will walk us through age appropriate ways to engage kids in hearing God when they are very young, elementary, and into middle/high school. She'll also lead us in a practical practice we can use with kids of all ages as well.

We'll talk about how to create a culture in your home that disciples your kids, name values and form practices that build lifestyle habits, and prioritize what's most important rather than letting culture/school/sports/business keep families from being intentional with their time.
