THRIVE Cape Cod is a partnership between Cape Cod's gospel-centered churches and Vision New England, formed to develop a spirit of unity and collaboration among participating churches. We gather each year for a weekend of worship, fellowship, learning, and growth.

At THRIVE you can gather new ideas while collaborating with and being inspired by passionate people, and join fellow Christians for worship, keynote speakers, and breakout sessions focused on helping the Cape's churches thrive and bless their communities!

Guy Wasko

Guy Wasko is a pastor, chaplain and non-profit executive. With more than 25 years of experience leading in the church, charity and community organizing fields he serves as the founder and executive director of For NYC - a collective impact city platform that strengthens leaders and unites churches for the flourishing of New York City. He lives in the East Village of Manhattan with his wife and three daughters.

Bishop Donovan Kerr

Donovan accepted the Lord at twelve and began preaching locally soon after. In 2002, he founded New Life Ministries International on Nantucket Island, with a mission to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ. The ministry now has locations in Barnstable, MA, and Newport, RI, with outreach in Martha’s Vineyard and New Hampshire. Donovan’s passion is to “know God and to make Him known” in a relevant way.
