THRIVE Cape Cod is a partnership between Cape Cod's gospel-centered churches and Vision New England, formed to develop a spirit of unity and collaboration among participating churches. We gather each year for a weekend of worship, fellowship, learning, and growth.

At THRIVE you can gather new ideas while collaborating with and being inspired by passionate people, and join fellow Christians for worship, keynote speakers, and breakout sessions focused on helping the Cape's churches thrive and bless their communities!

Guy Wasko

Guy is the founder and lead facilitator of the Claritive Group. As a certified LifePlan guide he is committed to creating personal strategic plans so you can uniquely live off the pages of your own story. With more than 20 years of professional experience in the faith, non-profit, relief and social work sectors, Guy brings a unique, personal and strategic approach. He’s previously served as the Executive Director of New York City Serve (nycityserve.org) as a Catalyst for church planting with City to City and as a pastor and community organizer.

Educationally, Guy holds a Bachelors in Counseling as well as an earned Masters in Theology, a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Regent University and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership (ABD). Guy has lived in the Lower East Side of Manhattan with his wife and three daughters since 2009.
