A History of Accelerating Evangelism

Since our founding, Vision New England has worked tirelessly to share the gospel and serve the needs of those in New England. Although methods and context change to meet the evolving climate of New England over the course of time, our commitment to evangelism and serving has never wavered. 

Preached the gospel throughout greater Boston area in a Gospel Carriage and held regular tent meetings. Supported major evangelistic efforts with Dwight L. Moody and A.J. Gordon.

Hospital visitation ministry shares the Good News and comforts the ailing.

Over 50 Evangelists sent to rural Northern New England communities with no churches to preach the Good News.

Began sending preachers to northern lumber camps to share the Gospel and meet the needs of rural communities.

Summer Vacation Bible Schools staffed by college students and evangelists, sharing Jesus with kids in rural regions. Supported major evangelistic efforts with Christian leader Billy Graham.

Annual gatherings begin to connect churches, people and 

organizations together around sharing the gospel.

Shepherding large-scale annual Christian conference called Congress connecting thousands of believers each year.

Transformed into an Association that accelerates evangelism by connecting churches, ministries, marketplace leaders and believers by mission, location and role.
