Hope Fellowship Church and Hillfest Events is hosting a pre-screening of the upcoming film, "I Still Believe," based on the true story of Christian music artist, Jeremy Camp. This event is for pastors, youth leaders, and other faith leaders across New England.

Recovery Coach Academy

Light of the World Christian Church, Milford, NH

This is a 4-day intensive academy will provide attendees with the skills to guide, mentor and support people seeking or sustaining recovery from addiction to alcohol or other drugs. Prepares participants to actively listen and discover and manage their own beliefs, values, biases, and judgments.

The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is an international initiative where Christians worldwide are reminded of Jesus’ prayer for his disciples that “they may be one so that the world may believe” (John 17:21).

Locally, UniteBoston coordinates evening collaborative gatherings of fellowship, prayer and worship from January 18-25 annually.

Caring Clergy Training in Concord

The Training will include a presentation of Substance Use and Addiction, sharing from parents whose children have struggled with Substance Use Disorder, discussion of what makes this kind of funeral just like any other and what makes it unique, and resources so you will know how to refer someone or their family as they confront addiction. This training may be able to be used for continuing education credits.

Global health in cross-cultural settings can involve numerous complex situations. Many have accused global health practitioners, despite their best intentions, of cultural imperialism due to their imposition of certain (usually Western) norms and worldviews as they attempt to improve health in cultural settings different than their own. History demonstrates many examples of foreigners detrimentally affecting the various groups they sought to help. But is all advocacy for cultural change wrong? Beyond Suffering: An Introduction for Ministry Leaders

Have you ever suffered physically, emotionally or spiritually and wondered why? Do you have family members or friends with disabilities and struggle to know what to say or how to act around them? People with disabilities are considered one of the world's largest under-represented groups. The church is largely unprepared for the burgeoning disabled population. One of the primary goals of the Beyond Suffering Course is to address this issue by preparing leaders in ministry, education, medicine and science to become involved in this life-changing ministry.
