WHAT WE DO
Make Disciples, Do Justice, Love Mercy, Walk Humbly
Since our founding in 1887, Vision New England has worked tirelessly to share the gospel and serve New England.
Over the last 150 years New England has changed dramatically and we have adapted to our context, while never straying from our calling to share the gospel and serve New England. This was true in our earliest days sending evangelists to lumber camps in the north, to sharing the gospel during hospital visits in the early 19th century, to supporting major evangelistic efforts with Billy Graham and Dwight Moody, to our more recent history of hosting Congress which connected thousands of believers with each other and major Christian speakers and leaders.
Today, VNE hosts targeted gatherings across New England, building the “connective fiber” to accelerate evangelism. Our events connect Christian leaders and believers with shared contexts (ie: geography, mission and role) across denominations, ethnicity, gender, age, type of ministry, and other boundaries, where we see people share, learn from each other, build relationships, encourage each other and collaborate to accelerate their work of evangelism!
