What is Vision ONE
Vision ONE is a transformational ministry process that has been designed to help pastors, church leaders and congregations become spiritually-healthy, disciple-making Christ followers, who are loving God and loving others. This process provides a customized solution developed around specific biblical principles. It is a localized solution that takes into account the individual context, demographics, needs and gifting of each church.
Developed in New England
Vision ONE was developed by New England pastors and church leaders, based on research that was conducted in all six New England states. Vision ONE is culturally contextualized to the unique needs of churches in our Region. The Vision ONE team is comprised of pastoral leaders with fruitful experience in New England ministry. Our goal is to support pastors, church leadership teams and congregations in their efforts to become more effective disciples for Jesus Christ.
How Does Vision ONE work?
Vision ONE is a multi-part, interlinked process that is comprised of transformational development tracks that involve teaching and coaching for church pastors, leaders and the congregation. It includes small group learning community environments, one-on-one pastoral mentoring/coaching, on-site strategic formation and planning, and on-going process implementation support.
